This letter is in reference to one of your agents, Cristina Caministeanu. My fiance and I recently purchased a home with Cristina as our realtor, and would like to express our highest level of appreciation for the service Cristina provided.

One of Cristina’s major strengths is persistence. In this current seller’s market, Cristina expediently got us the home we wanted-even though others were banging at the door to put their bids. Due to Cristina’s skill and dedication, we got the home we wanted.

Cristina not only got us the house in the exact area we wanted, but she made the whole process simple and worked expediently to get us the house that we truly wanted. We did not have to worry about anything with Cristina as our agent; she answered every question that we had, took care of all the little odds and ends we asked of her, and she made us feel truly at ease with the home buying process.

This was the first home for both my fiance and I. Cristina expeditiously helped in the process of closing escrow. When I tell people that my Century 21 agent closed escrow on a litlle over three weeks, they are stunned! They have not been exposed to that level of customer service in the home buying process.

Also, Cristina made us feel that she was always there for us, anytime of day, to answer our questions – Sometimes even calm our fears! Since we were first time homebuyers, we had some doubts and fears over buying a home but due to Cristina’s hard work and persistence at getting us what we wanted, I would recommend Cristina to anyone a hundred times over!

We were very impressed with Cristina and will undoubtedly refer her to anyone that we know buying a home in the future. Cristina is indubitably a good agent – we had previously spoke with other agents before Cristina, but they did not give us the personal attention that we got from Cristina. Other agents tried to sell us what we did not want – Cristina got us exactly what we asked for.

My husband and I first met Cristina Caministeanu in 2002 when we were looking to buy our first home. We were pleasantly surprised because Cristina gave us the time to figure out what we wanted without ever pressuring us just to make a quick sale. When we had to move out of state in 2005, against our better judgment, my husband and I first tried to sell our home on our own and through other “assist to sell” companies. That was a big mistake! The house sat on the market. In 2006, when we again decided to sell the house, we asked Cristina to sell it for us.
